## Market Analysis Poland is the second-largest steel consumer in Central Europe. The demand for 'Green Steel' is driven by the automotive and renewable energy sectors seeking to lower Scope 3 emissions. Current market trends indicate a 15-20% price premium for low-carbon steel. Competitive advantages include Poland's strategic location for exports and emerging offshore wind capacity in the Baltic Sea. ## Technical Feasibility The plant will utilize a 2.5 million tonne per annum (mtpa) DRI plant capable of running on 100% Green Hydrogen.
